Refund to Original Payment

• Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• 5% restocking fee will be deducted

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Store Credit or Exchange

• Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Free return & exchange shipping when choosing store credit or exchange

Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains

• Original tags must be attached (if applicable)

• Returns must be shipped promptly after submitting the return request

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing Time

• Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit is issued.

Final Sale Items

• Items marked Final Sale, Doorbusters, or Clearance (40%+ off) are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Mystery items, giveaways, and free gifts with purchase are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email:

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer optional Shipping Protection via Redo at checkout.

• Orders with Redo are fully covered for loss, theft, or misdelivery

• Claims can be filed quickly through the Redo portal

• Orders without Redo are not eligible for replacement or refund once marked delivered.

• Please check with neighbors or your local carrier for assistance.
