Meet Sarah!

Sarah is the heart and vision behind Alexander Jane — a brand built to give women confidence, comfort, and style they can actually live in. What started in 2017 as a side project in her spare bedroom closet has grown into an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing business, all while staying true to her values: putting people first, supporting women, and creating clothing that celebrates real bodies.

Her husband Brendan works behind the scenes, making Alexander Jane a true family affair, and together they’ve built a team that shares their energy: passionate, driven, and committed to designing clothes and experiences women love.

Every day, Sarah pours her heart into helping women feel confident, supporting her team, mentoring other women-led businesses, and building a community that empowers everyone she touches — proving you can grow a wildly successful business while lifting others along the way.

Fun fact: the name Alexander Jane comes from Sarah’s middle name (Jane) and Brendan’s middle name (Alexander). Sarah and Brendan have been together since they were 13 — basically high school sweethearts turned business power couple!
