Hey babe! We do hope you love everything you get from us, but we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We want you to be completely satisfied, which is why we have a flexible return policy!

If your question is not answered below, or you need clarity on something, please feel free to reach out to us at happypeople@alexanderjane.com and we will get back to you within 48 business hours (Monday-Friday).

We offer store credit on eligible returns. Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Alexander Jane within 14 days of the customer receiving the product (excluding final sale items listed below). You must complete the form below within 7 days of your order being delivered. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with original tags still attached. If we smell perfume, smoke, or see pet hair or any other visible blemish, or can tell the item has been worn, we will return the item to you at your cost, or donate to a local womans shelter. Shipping charges will not be credited for returns.

Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 5 business days to process your return. 

The following items are not eligible to be returned:

  • Accessories and Jewelry
  • Hats, Headware, Socks, Layering Tanks
  • Items on sale, purchased with a coupon (excluding welcome codes), or ending in .99
  • Cosmetics and Makeup Items
  • Snack/Food/Edible Items

  • Store credit does not include shipping 
  • We can not hold items for returns or exchanges - sorry!
  • Any return or exchange must be received back to Alexander Jane Boutique within 14 days of you receiving your package. Please ship your items promptly upon completing the return form.
  • Exact colors/pattern placement of merchandise may slightly vary on products due to lighting, photography lenses, monitor resolution, and product uniqueness. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our boutique is attempted.
