In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Orders are ready for pickup once you receive a fulfilled confirmation email.

Please ensure In-Store Pickup is selected at checkout, and text us at (480) 401-2101 prior to arrival solely to confirm that a team member is onsite to assist with your pickup.

Our location operates as a fulfillment warehouse only and is not a retail storefront. Orders may be collected from the lobby on our designated customer shelves.

For scheduled try-ons or exchanges, we’re happy to assist by appointment. Please text us in advance to arrange a time.
