• 5% restocking fee will be deducted

• Free return & exchange shipping when choosing store credit or exchange

Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors or stains

• Original tags must be attached (if applicable)

• Returns must be shipped promptly after submitting the return request

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Lost or Stolen Packages

We offer optional Shipping Protection via Redo at checkout.

• Orders with Redo are fully covered for loss, theft, or misdelivery

• Claims can be filed quickly through the Redo portal

• Orders without Redo are not eligible for replacement or refund once marked delivered.
