E.M. I love that Alexander Jane has free unlimited returns and exchanges. It truly is pace of mind when purchasing items online. Most boutiques I’ve purchased from in the past will make you pay for shipping on exchanges and returns or will even deduct it from your refund total, both leaving a sour taste for future purchases.
